About RRC (Red Ribbon Club)
Red Ribbon Club is a movement started by the Government if India in schools and colleges through which, students will spread awareness over HIV / AIDS. It envisages to instill charity mind among all the students to extend their able help towards developing healthy life styles, donating blood to all the needy by promotion of Regular voluntary blood donation.
In our college, the RRC unit received the Best RRC Unit award in the year of 2011.
- Environment: Tree plantation, environmental education, sanitation, awareness campaign to educate villagers on the importance of keeping the villages clean
- Health & Hygiene: Organizing medical camps, health education, education on various factors like AIDS, population and so on

Activities of RRC
- We conducted “Aids Awareness Program” throughout the academic year.
- We have cleaner the GH and provided hygine related knowledge to the students.
- We have conducted the rally against tobacco and women’s abuse.
- We organized blood donation camp for the students most of the students.
- We visited the orphanage and old age home and the students meet their needs and help.
- Tamil Nadu Govtare conducted online Quiz programon the date of 30th December 2020 all over the UG government college are participated and received the e-certificate.
- Bon Secours Arts & Science College For Women, Dindigul, are conducted online Quiz programon the date of 5th June 2021 all over the UG government college are participated and received the e -certificate.
